Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at support@trafficthinktank.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Privacy Shield Policy
This Privacy Shield Policy (“Policy”) describes how Rank, LLC d/b/a Traffic Think Tank and its subsidiaries and affiliates in the United States (“US”) (“TTT”, “Company,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose certain personally identifiable information that we receive in the US from the European Economic Area (“EEA Personal Data”). This Policy applies to the following US affiliated entities: Rank, LLC d/b/a Traffic Think Tank which owns and operates www.trafficthinktank.com (the “Site”). This Policy supplements our Site Privacy Policy, and unless specifically defined in this Policy, the terms in this Policy have the same meaning as the Site Privacy Policy.
TTT recognizes that the EEA has established strict protections regarding the handling of EEA Personal Data, including requirements to provide adequate protection for EEA Personal Data transferred outside of the EEA. To provide adequate protection for certain EEA Personal Data about consumers, corporate customers, clients, business partners, job applicants, employees received in the US, TTT has elected to self-certify to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework administered by the US Department of Commerce (“Privacy Shield”). TTT adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability.
For purposes of enforcing compliance with the Privacy Shield, TTT is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of the US Federal Trade Commission. Personal Data Collection and Use
Our Site Privacy Policy describes the categories of Personal Data that we may receive in the US as well as the purposes for which we use that Personal Data. We will only process EEA Personal Data in ways that are compatible with the purpose that we collected it for, or for purposes the individual later authorizes. Binding Arbitration You may have the option to select binding arbitration for the resolution of your complaint under certain circumstances, provided you have taken the following steps: (1) raised your compliant directly with us and provided us the opportunity to resolve the issue; (2) made use of the independent dispute resolution mechanism identified above; and (3) raised the issue through the relevant data protection authority and allowed the US Department of Commerce an opportunity to resolve the complaint at no cost to you.
